    Our Mission

    Why 75WHATEVER Makes Perfect Sense

    ...By Fraser Henderson, Founder, 75WHATEVER

     #75WHATEVER

DO WHATEVER workouts. Consistency is the key.

People often get overwhelmed when starting a fitness journey. You might search online and find hundreds of experts offering different plans: muscle-building programs, couch-to-5K routines, marathon training schedules, yoga challenges, and more. Everyone claims their method is best—but here's the secret:

They’re all right. You can literallty do WHATEVER you want to do so long as its challenging and gets your heart rate up. Remember though - the harder you push, the better the results. Its on YOU.

It is You Vs You. Do WHATEVER it takes to reach your goals.

Any movement, any workout, is infinitely better than no movement or no workout. 75Whatever embraces this fundamental truth by encouraging you to do whatever workout resonates with you on a given day. There is no "wrong" way to move your body. Whether you're lifting weights, running, swimming, biking, practicing yoga, or swinging a kettlebell, every single form of exercise offers unique benefits.

Unlike programs such as 75 Hard, which emphasize extreme mental toughness challenges, 75Whatever offers a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. It's designed specifically for life after completing 75 Hard or as an alternative for those seeking a more flexible and enjoyable fitness journey. It’s not about testing your limits through rigid rules; it’s about thriving long-term by integrating enjoyable daily movement into your life.

Inspired by Tony Horton of P90X and his concept of muscle confusion, 75Whatever encourages variety because your body thrives when challenged differently every day. As Tony famously said, muscle confusion—changing your workouts regularly—is key to continuous growth, sustained motivation, and holistic health. With 75Whatever, you never get bored, because every day can bring something new.

Daily practice is the proven path to excellence in any field. Want to master something? Commit to an hour a day. Within just 75 days of consistent, daily practice, you'll become significantly stronger, faster, healthier, and happier. You'll gain confidence, feel empowered, and realize that fitness isn't a chore—it's a joyful, integral part of your life.

This approach removes the pressure and rigidity that often lead people to quit other programs. Instead, 75Whatever promotes flexibility and joy in movement. By listening to your body and prioritizing variety, you sustain your motivation and build lifelong healthy habits.

Variety is the spice of life, and consistency is the secret sauce to success. This is precisely why 75Whatever makes perfect sense—and why it will work for you.

    Our Mission

75Whatever: A Sustainable Path to Fitness and Health

75Whatever is the sustainable lifestyle alternative to extreme fitness challenges. If you’ve heard of 75 Hard – the famous 75-day mental toughness challenge – you know it builds serious discipline. But its all-or-nothing intensity (two workouts a day, no rest or treats) often proves unsustainable for real-life schedules. 75Whatever takes a different road. We’re not here to test how tough you are for 75 days; we’re here to help you thrive for life by building habits you can maintain long after day 75. It’s challenging but flexible, structured but livable – a program designed for long-term success without burnout.

Just click here to see the many workouts our community enjoys. Rock climbing? Rucking? Swimming? Circuits? No gym needed. Fitness is free.

    About the Program

75Whatever focuses on balanced daily habits that promote health and happiness. Every day, you commit to a few core actions:

    • Move at Least 60 Minutes: Get a total of 60 minutes of exercise or activity each day. It can be any combination of movement – a morning swim, an afternoon bike ride, an evening walk, weightlifting, yoga, rucking with a backpack, you name it. Mix and match activities to keep it fun. The goal is consistent daily movement (no rigid “two 45-min workouts” rule here), and you can split the hour as needed to fit your schedule.

    • Hydrate Generously: Drink plenty of water every day (aiming for roughly a gallon or about 3-4 liters). Proper hydration boosts your energy, workout performance, and overall health. Carry that water bottle with you – by day 75 it’ll feel like an old friend.

    • Eat Whole Foods: Follow a nutrition approach based on real food. That means enjoying meat, fruit, vegetables, dairy, and eggs while avoiding processed foods and seed oils. (Processed sugars and seed oils have “no place in the human diet,” as Dr. Paul Saladino advises) Instead of a harsh fad diet, 75Whatever encourages an animal-based and whole-food diet that nourishes you. You’ll focus on foods that fuel your body – think steaks and salads over soda and Skittles.

    • Limit Alcohol: Unlike some programs, we won’t tell you to swear off alcohol completely – life has celebrations and social events. But we practice moderation: no more than 2-3 drinks in a sitting, and at most twice a week. You can enjoy that weekend craft beer or a glass of wine with dinner and still crush your goals. This guideline keeps you mindful of your intake without making you feel deprived or isolated.

These daily commitments are simple but powerful. By sticking to them, you’ll build discipline and see progress – and because the rules are reasonable, you can stick with them beyond the initial 75 days. This is not a one-time “hard challenge” with an end date; it’s the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Miss a day or slip up? No guilt trips or restarting from day one. 75Whatever isn’t a pass/fail test of willpower, it’s a personal journey toward better habits. The aim is consistency, not perfection – progress, not punishment.

    About the Founder

Meet the founder of 75Whatever – Fraser Henderson is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who knows the peaks and pitfalls of extreme challenges. He’s completed the grueling 75 Hard program twice, so he understands its benefits and its flaws. Drawing on decades of experience, he envisioned a better way. Our founder has competed in triathlons, played high-level rugby, and tackled muddy obstacle course races for fun. He’s equally at home skiing down black diamonds in winter or biking across town on a sunny afternoon. You might even find him swinging a steel mace or flipping a tire – he loves unconventional workouts that keep exercise exciting.

This diverse athletic background taught him one crucial lesson: sustainability beats intensity when it comes to lifelong fitness. After pushing through ultra-intense programs and seeing too many people burn out, he created 75Whatever to strike a balance between challenge and joy. The program is inspired by the mentors who shaped his philosophy:

    • Tony Robbins – for mindset and motivation. Our founder believes in the Tony Robbins mantra that peak performance starts with a strong mindset and positive energy each day.

    • James Clear – for habit building. We’ve embraced the Atomic Habits approach of focusing on “small, consistent changes that lead to big results over time”. Just as one reviewer praised Atomic Habits as a practical guide packed with actionable advice. 75Whatever breaks big goals into daily habits that are easy to follow and compound into major improvements.

    • David Goggins – for mental resilience. While 75Whatever isn’t as extreme as David Goggins’ ultra-endurance feats, we share his belief in pushing beyond your comfort zone to discover your potential. It’s about becoming mentally tougher each day – but doing so in a healthy, structured way that won’t overload you.

    • Paul Saladino – for nutrition wisdom. Influenced by Dr. Saladino’s animal-based nutrition principles, our founder built the program’s eating guidelines around whole foods, quality proteins, and natural fats. We skip the processed junk because we value how you feel and perform on real food.

With these influences, our founder has crafted 75Whatever as more than just a fitness plan – it’s a roadmap to an empowered life. He knows what it’s like to commit to hard goals, but he also knows success is measured not in 75-day sprints, but in sustainable progress you maintain for years. His mission is to share that approach with everyone ready to make a change, providing the support and knowledge to help you become the fittest, healthiest version of yourself – and enjoy the ride along the way.

A Week in 75Whatever: Sample Workout Schedule

Wondering how to fit 60 minutes of activity into your day? Easy – break it up or make it fun. Here’s a sample week to show the whatever in 75Whatever. You can mix and match to suit your preferences, but the key is to get moving every day:

    • Monday: Morning: 30-minute jog or brisk walk. Evening: 30 minutes of strength training (weights or bodyweight exercises). Total ≈ 60 min.

    • Tuesday: Go for a 60-minute bike ride or swim laps for an hour. Endurance cardio day – get your heart pumping doing something you enjoy.

    • Wednesday: Morning: 20 minutes of yoga or mobility work to stretch and recover. After work: 40 minutes of weightlifting or resistance training. Balance flexibility and strength.

    • Thursday: Rucking day – take a long hike with a weighted backpack for 60 minutes. Enjoy the outdoors while building stamina (and yes, fresh air counts!).

    • Friday: Do a 60-minute “fun” workout. Play a sport with friends, take a dance class, or try a high-intensity interval training session. If it gets you sweating and smiling, it counts!

    • Saturday: Mix it up with unconventional training. Try a 30-minute kettlebell or mace workout (great for core and stability) followed by a 30-minute run or spin on the bike. Variety keeps it interesting so you never get bored.

    • Sunday: Active recovery day. Spend 60 minutes on a leisurely activity: a long walk, easy cycling, or even gardening and yard work. The idea is to stay active and loosen up, without overdoing it.

This sample is just one of endless possibilities. In 75Whatever, “whatever” works for you is exactly what you should do. Love martial arts or rock climbing? Go for it. Prefer splitting into two 30-minute sessions? That’s fine too. By listening to your body and interests, you’ll naturally include rest and intensity in appropriate measures. Unlike programs that punish you for resting, we encourage smarter training: push hard on some days, go gentle on others – just don’t skip movement. Over 75 days, you’ll build a routine that becomes second nature. By the end, daily activity will feel as normal as brushing your teeth.

    Core Lifestyle Principles

75Whatever is more than workouts – it’s about your whole lifestyle. Here are the core principles that make this program a long-term game-changer:

    • Whole Foods Nutrition – Fuel to Thrive: You can’t out-train a bad diet. That’s why we prioritize whole, unprocessed foods. Fill your plate with lean proteins, colorful fruits and veggies, hearty starches like sweet potatoes, and healthy fats. We avoid processed sugars and industrial seed oils because they wreak havoc on health (in fact, Saladino-style research suggests these “have no place” in a healthy diet). Instead, we opt for butter or beef tallow over margarine, and real fruit over candy. This way of eating will keep your energy stable, help you recover faster, and turn your body into a power plant for your workouts. And don’t worry – whole foods are delicious. You’ll rediscover how satisfying simple, natural meals can be.

    • Hydration & Recovery – Listen to Your Body: Water is life. By committing to daily hydration, you’ll notice improved focus, better skin, and more effective workouts. Similarly, 75Whatever encourages good sleep and recovery practices. This isn’t about running yourself into the ground. It’s about building yourself up. So prioritize 7-8 hours of sleep, take stretching breaks, and manage stress (a short meditation or a nature walk can work wonders). When you give your body what it needs, it will reward you with strength and vitality.

    • Habits Over Hacks – Consistency is Key: There are no magic pills here – just steady, consistent effort. 75Whatever is built on the idea that small daily habits lead to big changes. Readers of Atomic Habits loved its emphasis on actionable steps and systems over willpower – we’ve baked that philosophy right into this program. By focusing on a few key habits (moving, hydrating, eating clean, etc.) every single day, you’re rewiring your routines for success. Some reviewers called Atomic Habits a “goldmine… jampacked full of knowledge on how to better your daily habits” think of 75Whatever as that knowledge put into practice. You’ll learn to stack good habits, break bad ones, and design an environment that makes healthy choices easier. Best of all, these habits will stick with you because they’re realistic. Consistency beats intensity – doing something daily at 70% is better than doing something at 100% for just a week.

    • Mindset & Motivation – Thrive, Don’t Just Survive: A huge part of 75Whatever is mental. We’re not here to force a dreadful grind; we’re here to cultivate a positive mindset where you want to do these things. Our approach takes inspiration from great motivators. David Goggins teaches the value of mental toughness – we embrace the idea of pushing through discomfort to grow stronger. Tony Robbins emphasizes the power of belief and emotional state – we help you celebrate wins and learn from slip-ups, so you stay motivated. And Arnold Schwarzenegger, in his book Be Useful, reminds us to find purpose in our growth. Many readers admired Arnold’s drive to work hard and serve others. In that spirit, 75Whatever isn’t just about personal vanity or ticking boxes – it’s about becoming a better you so you can contribute more to those around you. When you’re healthy, energetic, and confident, you’ll naturally be more useful to your family, friends, and community. We keep the tone encouraging (with a dash of humor where possible) – this journey should be empowering and even fun. One enthusiastic reviewer called Be Useful “a life-changer... like having a wise, slightly sarcastic mentor” that made self-improvement “hilariously fun”. We strive for that vibe: serious results, but with a smile. After all, if you enjoy the process, you’ll keep going.

Each of these principles reinforces the others. Together, they create a lifestyle where fitness, health, and happiness feed into each other. You won’t just complete 75Whatever – you’ll live it.

Sources: Insights and language have been drawn from real user experiences and reviews of 75 Hard, Atomic Habits, and Be Useful to ensure 75Whatever addresses what people loved and what they struggled with. For example, fans of 75 Hard praised its discipline-building ethos but many found the strict regimen difficult to sustain – so we made flexibility a priority. Atomic Habits taught us the value of incremental improvement and building systems for change, which are core to our habit-based approach. And as Arnold Schwarzenegger urges in Be Useful, we believe in working hard, staying positive, and helping others along the way – principles that are woven into 75Whatever’s DNA.
